Indoor Rowfit

Indoor Rowfit

Rowing is a great full-body exercise for strength and endurance. In RowFit, we’ll teach you correct rowing form, perform rowing drills to challenge the cardiovascular system and have intervals of strength work using other equipment.

When: Mondays and Wednesdays, 1:00pm- 1:45pm
Session 1 Fee: $100 / 3 classes (no class 9/20)
Session 2 Fee: $75 / 4 classes

TRX Pilates

In this class we will use the fundamentals of Pilates to approach the basics of TRX and fuse them together. This class will focus on core strength, stretching, lengthening and safe practices through thoughtful movement. We will move slowly and work deeply. Prepare to be challenged!

BIKE X LIFT

This dynamic class with Coach Julien is divided into two segments! First, we'll burn calories and improve our cardiovascular endurance with cycling. Then we'll shift to a total body workout designed to improve your overall strength. Sessions run for 4 weeks with 2 classes per week.

Where: Group Fitness Studio
When: Mondays and Wednesdays, 10:30am OR 4:00pm
Fee: $40 / 8 classes / 4 weeks / 2 classes per week
