Whether your child is new to sports or looking to develop their skills further, our experienced coaches and fun, supportive environment will help them thrive. Our programs are open to both YMCA members and non-members.

Parent & Child Basketball Classes, Ages 3-4

Summer 1: June - June 28  (4 Classes)
Summer 2: July 12 - August 2 (4 Classes)

What better way for your child to learn a sport than with you! This weekly parent-participation program is designed to develop motor, listening and fundamental skills in a variety of basketball games and drills while fostering good sportsmanship and teamwork between parent and child.

When: Saturdays, 9:30 – 10:00am

Little Dribblers, Ages 5-6

Summer 1: June 7 - June 28  (4 Classes)
Summer 2: July 12 - August 2 (4 Classes)

Introduce your child to the fundamentals of basketball! In this beginner-friendly class, kids will learn passing, dribbling, and shooting through fun games with engaging coaches. Perfect for young athletes starting their basketball journey.

When: Saturdays, 10:15 – 11:30 am

Junior Hoopers, Ages 7-9

Summer 1: June 7 - June 28  (4 Classes)
Summer 2: July 12 - August 2 (4 Classes)

This class builds on the basics, introducing kids to the rules of basketball while improving their fundamentals through drills, mini games, and scrimmages. Perfect for beginner to intermediate level players interested in improving their game, this coed class is a great way for children to develop their skills and enjoy the game in a supportive environment.

When:  Saturdays, 11:45 am – 1 pm
